She joins us from the Incomes team, and brings with her a wealth of experience supporting residents. Her role is as a Project Officer and she is filling in for Heidi Nicholls who now been promoted to Customer Involvement Adviser position!
We hope you will all take a moment welcome her too

and and will return on Monday 4th of January 2021 and we will respond to your posts then.
