1) Tenants and Residents Associations’ (TRA) Policy Review focus group update
- This week we held 2 successful online focus groups with over 15 TRA representatives attending
- We reviewed our current TRA policy and discussed what issues are affecting the groups
- The feedback ranged from improving our ‘offer’ to groups and how we can better support and communicate with them
- There will be more activities for them to get involved in so watch this space
2) Customer Voice – Complaints update
- In the last meeting there were updates about how Hyde is incorporating the Housing Ombudsman new code and response times for replying to complaints including details about staff training
