Having listened to resident feedback, we are working to improve our digital services. Today Hyde is launching MyAccount, an online account management tool that will empower residents to manage their account anytime, anywhere.
The design of MyAccount has been heavily influenced by resident suggestions. Here are some of the things you told us that guided the design of the service:
like to view my balance online: residents told us that they wanted a way
to view their balance between statements without needing to make a call to our
customer service team. So, this became front and centre in the website design
meaning your balance is displayed as soon as you log in.
2. I’d like to make payments online: residents also requested an easy way to make online payments at any time. The new MyAccount service allows you to do this in three simple steps once you’ve logged in.
3. Make it simple for me to use: to make sure we were building
something that worked easily for everyone we tested each of the features with
groups of residents.

All you will need is your Hyde Payment Reference number that can be found on a recent statement. Registration takes a few minutes and once you have signed up you can view your balance, download a statement, pay a bill or update your contact details.
