Our strategic partnership with Homes England is ensuring that all 104 homes on a new scheme in Hove will be for affordable rent or shared ownership, enabling people to get onto the housing ladder.
Hyde is partnering with PMC Construction and Development Services (PMC) to build the homes on the former 1950s Westerman Industrial Works Complex at School Road.
“The original plan was to provide 40% of the homes for affordable sale and rent,” explained Hyde Group Business Development Director Guy Slocombe. “However, the grant funding from Homes England means 100 percent of the homes will be affordable.”
