- After the successful focus groups last week to look at updating the TRA policy, we are planning our next steps
- We will provide all TRA members with a summary of main discussion points from the focus groups and ask for their feedback with a survey. This will help us agree how we can provide TRAS with the support and help to continue their work in their local communities. Thank you to everyone who took part – it was great see to see you all.
2) Customer Voice – Service Charge session update
- Customer Voice members met with senior managers at Hyde to talk about service charges. They expressed concern about the time it was taking for residents to get responses to questions. And they used examples from the OAK to underline how frustrated residents are feeling about this.
- Hyde staff acknowledged this and agreed to provide Customer Voice with regular updates on progress and a plan to improve this service.
